| February 2024 > Using the poor man's covered call and the in the money covered call weekly I was able to generate massive returns based on money invested with the stock market moving sideways to higher we were able to generate some 6.67% cash on cash or $34,155 using the selling premium investment strategy with this Market moving sideways to higher we're able to generate the kind of cash flow needed to live and retirement pay the bills and live The Good Life and what we've realized over the years is that even in a down Market we're able to generate real cash flow that can sustain us in retirement if you remember in 2020 I generated some of my biggest returns when the stock market was down 50% selling premium is the only way to generate real cash flow in this market ...
